We are more than the sum of our varied experiences. We crave greater harmony between our accomplishments, values and a purpose transcending both.
I got to strategize with the CxOs and execute their vision.
I led large, diverse teams and saw through mission-critical programs, operationalized important deals and helped numerous team members grow.
Career-wise, I had arrived.
As an immigrant, I had prospered with the Great Indian American Dream— a beautiful marriage, a Silicon Valley home by the vineyards, wine memberships, camping trips and backyard barbecues with friends. ‘Settled’.
But after a decade there, I returned home with my partner and our newborn.
Work here turned out greater than I expected, I got to work with visionary entrepreneurs and start-up dream merchants; my family transitioned easily into a larger one—a joint family.
I checked off several boxes I didn’t think were possible when I set for America as a dreamy and somewhat confused youngster in the 2000s.
Leadership, senior management, startup founder, mentor. Everything checked off.
And yet, it wasn’t adding up. Deep down, I knew that. And I decided to look back to get ahead. I had to synthesize my colorful past with a purposeful future.
Coaching came naturally to me. And it had been my default role in many relationships in the past. So, this decision to turn a full-time coach felt like a natural progression. Felt organic.
Mining for clarity through conflict and complexity had been my superpower.
I had been a patient listener, effective counsel and a sharp sounding board.
After four years of studying, synthesizing and over 800 hours of coaching people at different levels, it was my time to practice coaching full-time—To enable and empower young professionals, early career managers, leaders and founders to express their best self..
In watching my clients excel, I feel fulfilled. Their success validates my choice.
I find coaching profoundly satisfying.
My coaching programs distil the essence of my two decades’ of accumulated knowledge, experience and values.
To help people become the best version of what their various roles demand of them. It aligns with my innate interest in nurturing others.
Our goals evolve; our targets change and our motivations meander: In spite of all that, we want this: to excel at what we do. I make that possible for you.
